Description:This project is an industrial ecological analysis to identify sources and pollution prevention strategies for dioxins in the NY/NJ Harbor Watershed. This is the first step in the process of pollution prevention and provides the necessary information to subsequently indentify how and who best can implement P2 and then provide support for that implementation.
