  • a response within a week

What you won't get:

  • an absolute answer to a specific question. We just provide references. You must draw your own conclusions.

Who is eligible:

  • anyone in the Great Lakes Region of the US or Canada
  • citizens, organizations, government agencies, businesses, non-profit groups
  • questions may be prioritized in order of the resources of the inquirers
