Developing and Maintaining a Skilled Energy Efficiency Workforce

various community colleges in Illinois
Type: Training

Building a skilled and vibrant workforce that is knowledgeable about energy efficiency requires an ongoing commitment, as well as access to resources that support the continuous development of well-trained workers. This half-day workshop will look at various ways an employer can build and continue to enhance the skills of this workforce--from identifying the needs within the industry itself, to identifying resources available locally and regionally to build and continually improve the workforce, to establishing partnerships that continue to support the skills enhancements of an energy efficiency workforce.
